Send us your board. Pack it securely and use the label we provide. We pay for shipping to us.
We repair and return it. We’ll inspect and repair eligible boards, then pay to ship your board back to you.

Repair eligibility and fee policy

Boards must be physically intact for standard repair eligibility.

If your board is unrepairable, we refund your purchase minus a $50 testing and diagnosis fee. Return shipping is covered.
